On March 24, 2023, friends and relatives started reporting that they received their copy of Paper Valley. It would have been my mom’s (Ann Allen) 85th birthday, and I think she would have liked to read it.

A well written insiders account and accurate portrayal of the history of the site. I was the project manager for EPA from 1997 to 2016 – it rings true!
